Ellie completed her Master's in Mindfulness-Based Counseling from Naropa University. Ellie has a deep reverence for the wisdom and challenges inherent in the birth experience. She has passion for helping individuals and families navigate this transition and more fully experience a centered, contented, and calm sense of being. She has a strong belief in the unconditional potential of every person, and this belief forms the foundation for her counseling orientation and practice.

Ellie carries a base of wisdom from her previous experience in behavioral health settings with children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical focus involves facilitating adaptive and social-emotional learning through a goal-oriented lens. She cultivates an empathetic, clarity-oriented, and welcoming therapeutic space where unconditional acceptance and positive change can be experienced. Ellie also has a passion for birth work and the birthing process, and has training as a labor doula. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in both Sociology and Spanish from Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida.

Ellie's commitment to self-care includes: conscious movement and exercise, spending time outside, cooking healthy meals, reading novels, playing music, and gardening.
